A construction company specializing in industrial building, located in the Vallès Oriental region, is seeking to hire an Industrial and Tertiary Building Site Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct project analysis, plan work execution, and control costs to ensure the company’s profit objectives. - Carry out all necessary contracting activities, ensuring compliance with required standards and deadlines. - Perform thorough cost control and propose solutions for any deviations that arise. - Monitor planning progress to ensure timely completion. - Request materials, equipment, and personnel resources required to meet execution deadlines. - Coordinate subcontracted companies efficiently and manage related contracts. - Provide supervisors with precise instructions and documentation for correct work execution. - Represent the company at site meetings with technical management and clients. - Resolve issues arising during construction execution. - Enforce occupational health and safety regulations on site. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS - Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related degree. - Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction execution within a construction company. - Experience executing industrial and tertiary projects is highly valued. - Proficiency in SIE or similar ERP systems is desirable. - Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office suite, construction management software, and AutoCAD. - We seek a committed, solution-oriented, practical, results-driven individual with strong negotiation skills.
