Job Description At BABEL, we are seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing and leading software development projects, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met within demanding technological environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of application development projects, coordinating with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities* Planning, coordination, and control of all project phases. * Monitoring achievement of objectives, deadlines, and deliverables. * Managing technical teams and supporting functional leads. * Controlling project quality and risks. * Acting as the main point of contact with the client and reporting on project progress. * Participating in effort estimation, scope definition, and technical proposals. Requirements* Proven experience in software development project management (minimum 4 years). * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional ones (Waterfall). * Experience managing technical teams and coordinating with clients. * Strong documentation, planning, and communication skills. * Experience in technological environments such as Java, .NET, Python, or Frontend is desirable. * Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar are valued. * Intermediate to advanced level of English.
