




**Job Description and Responsibilities;** ----------------------------------------------- For this position, we are looking for a Tooling Engineer, a professional specialized in the evaluation, design, development, and manufacturing of tools used in the production of parts and components. These tools can be assembly, transportation, lifting elements, or tools for manufacturing elementary parts in an autoclave, for example. Tooling engineers work with a wide variety of materials, although the most common ones are metals (steel and aluminum) and composites. In recent years, plastic manufacturing has advanced significantly due to 3D printing. They use computer-aided design tools (CAD), especially Catia V5 and SolidWorks, and other specific simulation or calculation software to create models and prototypes of their designs before mass production. Tooling engineers work in various industries such as automotive, aerospace, food industry, and many others. Their work is essential to ensure quality and efficiency in the mass production of parts and components, helping to reduce costs and increase productivity in companies. Your main responsibilities will be: * Commissioning of industrial equipment and workshop support. * Creation of technical specifications for tooling and development of preliminary designs (Catia V5\). * Tooling design and management. * Tooling modifications and documentation updates. * Work within the Airbus environment. * Documentation management. * Purchase order management (Click \& Buy). * Ergonomic analysis. **Requirements for the position:** ------------------------------ The required qualification for this position is a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, although equivalent degrees will also be accepted. We require candidates to have knowledge of Catia V5, SAP, and the Office suite (intermediate/advanced level). Intermediate level of English.
