Job Summary: We are seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Technician for building construction projects, responsible for safety, quality, and environmental management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and monitoring of Occupational Health and Safety Plans. 2. Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in building construction projects. 3. For new projects, we require an **Integrated Management System (IMS) Technician** for **Building Construction** based in **Seville**. **Responsibilities**: * Development, implementation, and monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan. * Identification and assessment of on-site risks. * Control of PPE usage and compliance with preventive measures. * Conducting periodic site inspections. * Investigation and reporting of incidents and accidents. * Coordination with the Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator. * Supervision of compliance with the project’s Quality Plan. * Control of material receipt and verification of certificates. * Monitoring of quality control tests and trials. * Detection and management of non-conformities. * Verification of correct execution in accordance with drawings and specifications. * Management of construction waste in compliance with current regulations. * Control of environmental impacts (noise, dust, discharges). * Implementation of good environmental practices on site. * Monitoring of environmental legal compliance. * Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation. * Recording of controls, inspections, and audits. * Preparation of periodic reports. * Organization and archiving of IMS documentation. **Requirements**: * Master’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) * Prior experience in building construction projects * Demonstrable experience in the construction sector * Official 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) Course **Work Location**: * Seville **Work Environment**: * Established construction company * Leading client in the sector * Remuneration will be negotiable based on experience provided * Indefinite-term contract
