We are seeking professionals with experience to operate CNC lathes at a leading company specializing in engineering and high-precision machining. The company is located in Leganés. Key responsibilities include commissioning and operating the CNC lathe, loading programs, and properly preparing the machinery. You will also be responsible for assembling and clamping workpieces for machining, as well as carrying out machining processes according to drawing specifications. Additionally, you will need to perform measurements and dimensional verifications using conventional tools. Simple adjustments to machine parameters will be required to ensure final product quality, and you must maintain a clean and organized workplace. This position starts with an initial contract through an ETT (Temporary Work Agency), with the possibility of permanent integration into the company’s workforce. Work will be carried out on rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, covering morning, afternoon, and night schedules. What are we looking for? * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience operating CNC lathes. * Professional training in Machining, Mechanical Production, or similar (Vocational Training Level I/II) is desirable. * Responsible individual capable of interpreting engineering drawings and paying close attention to detail. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to access the workplace. * Immediate availability to start.
