A stable project offering on-the-job training and professional development Grup Carles is collaborating with an industrial-sector company based in Anoia to hire a mechanical assembler for assembling and adjusting mechanical components. If you have experience in assembling and adjusting mechanical equipment and wish to join a stable project with a strong track record of success, this is your opportunity. \- Mechanical assembly of conveyor belts, following technical drawings and project specifications. \- Adjustment and alignment of mechanical components to ensure proper operation and performance of equipment. \- Assembly and commissioning of mechanical mechanisms such as lifts, diverters, and other internal transport systems. \- Verification of tolerances, adjustments, and movements of installed mechanisms. \- Resolution of issues arising during assembly and adjustment processes. \- Use of hand tools and workshop machinery for assembly and adjustment tasks. \- Collaboration with the technical team to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. \- Compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. Minimum 3 years’ experience in assembly and adjustment of industrial machinery or equipment. * Industrial Mechatronics, Mechanical Manufacturing, Electromechanical Installations, or similar field. * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. \- Knowledge of diagnosing and resolving basic mechanical and electrical faults. \- Experience in adjustment, alignment, and calibration of components and equipment. \- Basic knowledge of electric and/or oxy-acetylene welding and fundamental PLC programming skills (desirable). \- Responsible, meticulous, and team-oriented individual. \- Fluency in Catalan and Spanish; English proficiency is desirable. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours
