We primarily operate in three major areas: **water**, offering solutions for both urban and industrial management; **waste**, transforming it into new resources; and **energy**, improving efficiency and reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description** This position falls within the water domain, specifically focusing on the design, development, and tendering of urban and industrial hydraulic infrastructure—including water supply networks, sewerage systems, drinking water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping systems, and linear works. A critical area for ensuring sustainable and efficient management of the entire water cycle. What will be your main responsibilities? * Preparing and drafting technical proposals for tenders related to hydraulic engineering projects and construction management (public and private tenders) * Analyzing technical specifications and defining the bidding strategy in coordination with management * Drafting and developing hydraulic engineering projects: water supply networks, sewerage systems, collectors, drinking water treatment plants (DWTPs), wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), and pumping systems * Coordinating with project teams, clients, and public authorities during project development and monitoring * Managing multiple tenders and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills, clear technical writing ability, and a holistic understanding of the water cycle **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Environmental Sciences, or a related technical field * Experience in tenders for hydraulic and treatment engineering projects and construction management, along with knowledge of the entire water cycle * Proficiency in specialized software: EPANET, SWMM, HEC\-RAS, IBER, GIS, or similar tools * Ability to produce structured technical documentation, strong organizational skills, and autonomy in project management * Work location: Barcelona or Seville **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * Permanent employment contract * Flexible working hours * Hybrid work model * Flexible compensation: health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, transport cards… among others! * Opportunity to join a leading organization in the environmental sector * Professional growth within the organization with direct reporting to management At **Veolia**, we recognize that our professionals are the cornerstone of our corporate identity and achievements.
