We seek to incorporate a committed Technical Architect into our Palma team—someone eager to develop professionally within a stable company that guarantees job security and long-term career prospects. **Job Responsibilities** The selected candidate will perform duties inherent to the profession, alternating between office-based management and on-site data collection and supervision: * **Office-based Management:** * Preparation of budgets, processing of measurements, and certification closure. * Drafting, reviewing, and controlling technical projects. * **On-site Supervision and Control:** * Conducting on-site measurements for preparation of work certifications. * Coordinating occupational health and safety in work environments. * Supervising personnel and resolving on-site incidents. * **Minimum Requirements** * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD or similar). * Knowledge of use and maintenance of technical systems and tools applied to the construction sector. * **Desirable Requirements** * Demonstrable experience in on-site project management, measurement taking, and technical management. * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Valid professional registration. * Advanced proficiency in cost management tools, particularly Billdin and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Problem-solving ability and autonomy. * Valid driver’s license (Class B). * Residence in Mallorca. * **What We Offer** * **Stability:** Direct permanent contract with the company from day one. * **Tailored Compensation:** Salary negotiable based on candidate’s experience and demonstrated competence.
