We are looking for a person to work as a night concierge at a boutique hotel located in Cala Murada, Manacor — a place that combines luxury with the Mediterranean essence. The primary mission is to ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant stay by attending to their needs with empathy and discretion during the night. Responsibilities include managing guest arrivals and departures, resolving any incidents, supervising facilities, and conducting the hotel’s nightly audit. The role also involves organizing early breakfasts, coordinating emergency responses, and assisting with luggage — always maintaining attentive and personalized service. Previous experience in luxury hotels or similar establishments is highly valued for this position, as well as excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential, along with familiarity with hotel management systems and the ability to work autonomously during the night shift. A full-time temporary contract with night working hours is offered.
