Duties include preparing, seasoning, and presenting dishes using appropriate techniques; collaborating in training assigned staff; and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. Previous experience in this role is required, with preference given to experience in cider houses or traditional cuisine. Candidates must reside in Oviedo or have their own vehicle to commute to the workplace, as well as flexible availability. Employment conditions include an indefinite-term contract, full-time hours, working hours according to company scheduling, and salary in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
