The selected candidate will support the Shift Supervisor in supervising production within their area, ensuring adherence to established procedures and work methods. Additionally, they will collaborate on daily and weekly production planning, personnel organization and allocation according to operational needs, and ensuring delivery of products to customers. Other responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal work procedures, as well as participating in continuous improvement teams, HACCP, and Food Defense initiatives.
