**Description:** ---------------- At Talenttu by Gurpea, we are looking for 2 Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians to join directly a food industry company located in Funes (Navarra). You will join an established maintenance team, working in a highly automated plant, where you will participate in maintaining modern facilities and state-of-the-art industrial equipment. **What will be your mission?** Ensure the proper operation of production machinery and facilities, guaranteeing maximum equipment availability through preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as continuous process improvement. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and facilities (automatic food processing and production lines, conveyor belts, packaging machines, automatic palletizing systems, cutting and processing equipment, etc.). * Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. * Participating in the continuous improvement of production equipment. * Collaborating with the production team to minimize downtime. * Recording interventions carried out and proposing technical improvements. * **What do we offer?** * Direct employment with an indefinite-term contract. * Schedule: Morning, afternoon, and night shifts. One weekend shift per month (Saturday and Sunday, 18:00–06:00), followed by 40 consecutive hours of rest. * A stable project with real opportunities for professional development. * Applicable collective agreement: Navarra Iron and Steel Industry Agreement. 14 annual payments (12 monthly + 2 extra payments in June and December). * Annual gross salary starting from €30,000, with potential increases based on experience. **What do we require?** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Industrial Mechatronics, Automation, or Electromechanical Maintenance. * Prior experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in environments with automated machinery. * Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. * Training or knowledge in PLCs and industrial robotics is valued. * Versatile, solution-oriented person with a strong team-work orientation.
