We are seeking staff to care for residents at Los Arcos, providing direct attention and assistance with basic activities of daily living. Duties include supporting personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as mobilization, postural changes, and accompaniment. Staff also monitor residents' general condition and report any incidents to the healthcare team, while providing emotional support and collaborating with the center's multidisciplinary team. **Working hours are organized in rotating shifts:** 7:00–15:00, 15:00–22:00, or 22:00–8:00\. Full-time work ensures continuous coverage. Prior experience in the socio-healthcare sector and the ability to work effectively in a team are valued.
