**MTorres**, an industrial group specialized in advanced technologies for developing innovative solutions in the automation of highly complex industrial processes, is seeking, for its **Aerospace Business** at its **Torres de Elorz Center**, a person to fill the position of: **PROJECT MANAGER – SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, Ref.: 25082** Reporting to the Department Manager, your main activity will focus on managing customer projects, improvement and software development initiatives, as well as R\+D lines in digitalization that are part of MTorres' roadmap. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** · Ensure and drive software design review gates in customer projects, as well as in R\+D lines. · Manage after-sales services and specific customer developments related to digitalization. Client communication, preparation of proposals, and technical follow-up of execution in collaboration with the after-sales department. · Communicate with customers regarding the current digitalization roadmap and capture joint initiatives and ideas for Mtorres products. · Participate in creating digitalization product content for commercial offers and client interactions. · Manage the quality and cybersecurity systems in software development, implementing necessary improvements and procedures. · Participate in the specification and monitoring of software project management—explore alternatives to the current ticketing tool that meet agile management needs and reporting requirements to the company's external management systems. **Required Profile:** · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related field. A master’s degree in project management or digital transformation is desirable. · Minimum 2 years of experience managing software development or integration projects (ideally within an industrial context). · Experience working with multidisciplinary development teams and managing external suppliers. · Experience with Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid models. · Proficiency with Tools: Gitlab DevOps / Jira / Confluence · Knowledge of software architecture, APIs/REST, databases, CI/CD, and IT/OT integration (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT desirable). · Functional understanding of industrial processes. · English: B2\+ **We Offer:** Join a leading company in Technology and Development with an exciting business project.
