





**About the role** Responsible for coordinating and executing engineering projects within an industrial plant, ensuring compliance with technical standards, timelines, and budgets, while acting as the liaison between technical teams and *stakeholders* to guarantee successful project delivery. If that’s you, we’d love to talk. **Key responsibilities** * A person with unwavering commitment to our I Care program, which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace. * Complies with all safety and health, fire prevention, technical, economic, environmental, essential, and legal requirements throughout the project. * **Planning and goal definition**: Establish project goals, schedules, and budgets. * **Budget management**: Control costs, assess risks, and develop contingency plans. * **Documentation and reporting**: Prepare technical and project progress reports that you lead. * Ensures proper knowledge transfer to the organization regarding the project. * Ensures production processes are optimized to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), such as quality, efficiency, and cost. * Identifies and disseminates technological improvements and conducts comparative assessments across production lines, equipment, and other factories. * Supports production management and technical teams in assessing the impact of technological improvements. **Who you are** * Fluent spoken and written English is valued—minimum level B2 or equivalent. * Technical education (engineering degrees) and experience in industrial engineering projects are valued. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and engineering disciplines (civil, industrial, mechanical, electrical, etc.), as well as project management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Effective communication and active listening skills. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Analytical ability and data handling skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Teamwork, leadership, and influence capabilities. **What we offer** Permanent contract, Split working hours.
