Collaborative and supportive work environment **About the Role** You will be responsible for feeding and operating an automatic tissue paper converting machine to produce finished goods, including managing associated facilities, while monitoring various process variables and operations. If this is you, we’d love to talk and get to know you. **Job Responsibilities** * Comply with Essity’s safety standards. * Ensure product quality meets specifications through periodic testing. * Ensure non-conforming products are rejected or blocked. * Execute various standards generated within the unit via DDS: SOPs, CILs, Centerlining, specifications, preventive order execution (SAP), etc. * Operate the machine and supervise the process; make adjustments per standards as needed, consulting the Team Leader or Line Leader. * Actively supervise and collaborate during format changes, maintenance, testing, and other technical activities. * Prepare raw materials and load them onto the machine according to established standards. * Maintain proper communication during shift handover (previous and next shift). * Ensure and optimize order and cleanliness in your work area. * Participate in entering and reporting data generated during production. * Work in accordance with personnel development programs (121\). **Who You Are** * Education level: Technical training preferred * Proven experience as a Production Operator on roll production lines * Results-oriented in a continuous production process * Functional / technical skills * Integrity and trust in peer relationships * Time management **What We Offer** * Permanent contract with a two-month probationary period. * Compensation according to the company’s collective agreement. * Shift-based work schedule. * Integration into the production team. * Opportunity for professional development.
