Your performance will enable rapid career growth within the company, with promotion to Area or Regional Coordinator achievable in a short timeframe. **Responsibilities** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Managing client acquisition and portfolio management. * Assessing and evaluating clients' physical condition. * Designing training routines and setting realistic goals. * Rigorous monitoring of trainees and nutritional counseling. * Motivating clients to achieve their goals. **Requirements** * Experience in personal training and fitness instruction. * Knowledge of nutrition and ability to provide dietary advice. * Ability to design and lead circuit training and sports coaching. * Additional competencies—such as client motivation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude—are highly valued.
