(workshops developing values within the Culture of Peace framework...) * Monitor and support the academic progress of each minor, in permanent coordination with the educational centers they attend. * Ensure follow-up and seek solutions to situations arising, both at the educational level and in the daily operation of the facility. * Ensure proper coexistence and compliance with regulations. Responsible for correct use and adaptation of facilities. * Act as intermediary with external resources. * Promote creation of social networks. * Report to management and work team any breaches of operational rules in reception facilities. * Prepare monitoring reports and final justification documents for the program, as well as other documents in coordination with other professionals. * Participate in team coordination meetings, as well as with other areas and programs of the organization. * Strengthen and support the rest of the professional team. * Develop and write technical proposals with updated information for preparation of new social and legal intervention projects and programs. * As staff member of Movimiento por la Paz \-MPDL\-, participate in actions aimed at protection against abuse and harassment, as well as ensuring compliance with and respect for the internal Code of Conduct. **Profile:** **POSITION PROFILE** * EDUCATION: Minimum essential requirement FPII in social intervention or equivalent. Specialized training in family and minors, Gender Equality and Human Rights, migration or similar fields valued. * EXPERIENCE: 1 year in intervention programs with minors, migrant, refugee populations and/or those at risk of social exclusion. Group and community intervention knowledge or experience valued. Experience in associative movements and knowledge of local resources valued. * LANGUAGES: Basque, French, Arabic or other languages valued. * COMPUTER SKILLS: User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office valued. Knowledge of specific management tools valued. * OTHER: Driver's license and vehicle essential. Knowledge of local social resources and network work experience with agencies and organizations valued.
