Your responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for: Organizing daily work, planning resources, and managing teams in coordination with other factory departments. Actively participating in the production process: according to the daily schedule, you will organize and execute team allocation. Planning, together with other middle managers, work execution to ensure achievement of the target OEE. Collaborating and participating in internal factory projects focused on continuous improvement. What does our client offer? Contract type: Permanent (job stability). Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week). Schedule: Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts (Monday to Friday). ### **Requirements** What are we looking for?
