Ensures compliance with safety regulations, work quality, and timely completion of tasks, working closely with the Site Manager. Responsibilities:\*\* * Supervise and direct a team of construction workers in performing assigned tasks. * Interpret blueprints and technical specifications, ensuring their correct implementation. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members, optimizing efficiency and resource utilization. * Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with established standards. * Identify and resolve issues arising at the construction site, reporting to the Site Manager on situations requiring intervention. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Monitor attendance and punctuality of workers. * Collaborate with the Site Manager in planning and scheduling activities. * Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
