Ensures compliance with safety regulations, work quality, and timely completion of tasks, working closely with the Site Manager. Responsibilities:\*\* * Supervise and direct a team of construction workers in performing assigned tasks. * Interpret blueprints and technical specifications, ensuring their correct implementation. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members, optimizing efficiency and resource utilization. * Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with established standards. * Identify and resolve issues arising at the construction site, reporting to the Site Manager on situations requiring intervention. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Monitor attendance and punctuality of workers. * Collaborate with the Site Manager in planning and scheduling activities. * Participate in safety meetings and training sessions. Qualifications:\*\* * Proven experience as a Foreman in construction projects, preferably in the infrastructure sector. * In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and procedures. * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications. * Solid understanding of occupational health and safety regulations. * Leadership and team management skills. * Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Desirable: Occupational Risk Prevention certification. * Desirable: Vocational training in construction-related fields (e.g., building and civil engineering). **Seize the challenge.
