




**We are looking to expand our team at El Cortijo restaurant.** Due to the great reception the restaurant has received, we are seeking to hire a new cook. Applicants must demonstrate a **minimum of 4 years of verifiable kitchen experience**, including preparation of **daily menus**, **à la carte service**, and **order fulfillment**. Knowledge of **traditional cuisine**, **vegetables**, and typical products from Navarra is required. Experience in organizing large events (weddings, communions, corporate meals, etc.) is also necessary. We are looking for someone to **manage daily menu services**, overseeing all aspects related to kitchen management (ordering supplies, menu planning, task distribution in the kitchen, etc.). Experience handling grill cooking will be a significant advantage for candidates. Full-time position with one fixed day off and an additional weekend day off on alternate weeks.
