Gain practical experience in an international environment and learn first-hand how Personnel Administration and Payroll operate within a large corporation. You will participate in the creation and updating of Renault Group companies in our information systems and receive training on key tools such as Workday/People@RenaultGroup (P@RG) and SAP. Your Responsibilities * Support the configuration and maintenance of data for new Renault Group companies in corporate systems. * Assist with administrative tasks in the Personnel Administration and Payroll area (documentation, incidents, records, validations). * Learn the operational use of Workday/P@RG and SAP for HR processes (hiring, changes, reporting). * Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve data quality and process traceability. What You Will Learn * Practical handling of Workday/P@RG and SAP applied to HR. * Best practices in Personnel Administration and Payroll. * Work methodology in a multinational environment focused on operational excellence.
