A collaborative and empowering work environment. **About the Role** This role supports the Paper Machine Operator in carrying out duties in accordance with manufacturing specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards. If this is you, we would love to speak with you. **Job Responsibilities** * Comply with Essity’s safety standards. * Ensure product quality meets specifications through periodic testing. * Ensure non-conforming products are rejected or blocked. * Execute various standards implemented at the site via DDS: SOPs, CILs, Centerlining, specifications, preventive order execution (SAP), etc. * Support machine operation and its associated process; perform adjustments as required per standards, consulting the Paper Machine Operator when necessary. * Actively collaborate during paper grade changes, maintenance, testing, and other technical activities. * Verify supply of raw materials required for production on the machine, in accordance with established standards. * Maintain accurate communication during shift handover (previous and next shift). * Maintain and optimize order and cleanliness within your work area. * Participate in data entry and reporting generated during production. * Work in accordance with personnel development programs (121\). **Who You Are** * Education level: Technical training preferred. * Proven experience as a paper machine assistant. * Results-oriented, experienced in continuous production processes. * Functional / technical skills. * Integrity and trustworthiness in peer relationships. * Time management. **Additional Information** * Shift-based work schedule. * Integration into the production team. **What We Offer** At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual, and we empower people to reach their full potential within a winning culture driven by a powerful purpose.
