




Electrical Project Manager with experience in industrial environments. Key responsibilities of this position include monitoring and strictly applying the construction management plan. This involves direct supervision of on-site construction activities, as well as full development of the construction project, coordinating both internal staff and subcontracted personnel. Additionally, close collaboration with the Procurement department will be required for efficient management of materials and specific equipment related to the area. Comprehensive management of assigned human, technical, and financial resources—including those of subcontractors—is expected. This includes preparing the necessary technical documentation to request bids from subcontractors, conducting detailed analysis of these bids, and creating comparative reports to support the contracting process. Active participation in site meetings, adherence to established internal procedures, and monitoring compliance with assembly performance indicators are also part of the role. The identification of non-conformities, issuance of relevant reports, and implementation of corrective actions will be required. Finally, ensuring the monitoring and enforcement of the approved health and safety plan across all projects will be essential.
