Acciona, within its CONSTRUCTION business line, is seeking a Construction Site Manager for an important building project in Pamplona. You will be responsible for the technical and economic management of the Project. Job Description Mission: Execute assigned parts of the project within your unit/department according to established procedures, in order to facilitate meeting established deadlines and coordinate necessary resources (human and material), driving significant improvements to the project. They are responsible for the execution of construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure construction work is carried out on time, according to specifications, and within the established budget. Among their most common responsibilities are: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses, preparing budget estimates, planning and scheduling construction phases, supervising subcontractor activities and subordinate or labor personnel, verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases, representing the company in relevant matters, etc. Candidate Requirements Requirements:* Degree in Building Engineering or similar. * Minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar roles in construction projects, preferably in residential building. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal opportunities.
