* Coordinate specific **Continuous Improvement/Digitalization projects**, and support Production Center Improvement Technicians in their projects with a strong analytical component. * Identify **new key performance indicators for process management and improvement**, to develop dashboards that provide higher-value information for process analysis and improvement. * Propose to the supervisor, collaborate in the implementation of, and serve as the reference for **advanced data analytics tools and enabling technologies**, as defined by the Industrial Development Department. * Apply Florette Iberica’s **Lean manufacturing model** to analyze and identify **process improvement opportunities** related to safety, quality, capacity, sustainability, and costs; and present them to the supervisor. * Participate in assigned **Industrialization projects**, especially in data management and implementation of digital enabling technologies. * Implement improvements to the **Continuous Improvement and Process standards** described in the Florette Continuous Improvement model and defined by the Industrial Development Department. * Industrial Engineering or equivalent degree. * Minimum 2 years of proven experience or certification in Lean manufacturing and implementation of this methodology in industrial production plants. * Lean Manufacturing Green Belt / Black Belt certification. * Knowledge of digital transformation. * Business Intelligence (Power BI) knowledge. * Knowledge of Generative AI
