We are seeking a physician through Grupo Mimara for our senior residence located in San Pedro Manrique, Soria. **Responsibilities:** You will perform the duties outlined below, as well as any other tasks requested that relate to your professional qualifications and competencies: * Conduct medical examinations for new residents and complete their corresponding medical records and professional certifications, including recommendations on the most suitable lifestyle, necessary rehabilitation, and required treatment if applicable. * Address the healthcare needs of residents by performing medical exams, making diagnoses, and prescribing appropriate treatments on a case-by-case basis to carry out preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative interventions based on clinical and functional assessments. * Inform family members about the health status of residents. * Lead the resident mobility and rehabilitation program, establishing individual and group programs collaboratively with the team. * Monitor and evaluate these programs jointly with all involved professionals. * Assist center staff in cases of need or emergency. * As the highest-ranking medical authority, refer residents to a hospital or healthcare center when the facility cannot adequately treat them. * Participate in the supervision and follow-up committee addressing residents' healthcare and daily living needs, collaborating with management, social workers, psychologists, and other professionals to define goals based on residents' physical conditions, desired outcomes, and facility characteristics. * Plan and supervise residents' meal plans and dietary regimens. * Supervise the work of healthcare staff. * Monitor the sanitary conditions of the facility's premises. **Requirements:** \- Previous experience in a similar position. \- A vocation for elderly care, teamwork ability, and strong communication skills. **What we offer:** \- Weekly working hours: 10 hours per week. \- Flexible schedule to be agreed upon with the center. \- Join a committed team within a professional environment focused on the well-being of older adults.
