The role’s objective is to lead maintenance and facility improvement projects within a banking environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising projects efficiently, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. What Are We Looking For? University degree or higher vocational qualification in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Facilities Engineer, in construction or technical office roles. Prior experience in facility projects (HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection systems, etc.) is required. Experience using facility design tools (Dialux, AutoCAD) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.). English language proficiency is desirable. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** Leading the execution of facility improvement projects in a banking environment. Developing technical\-economic proposals for electrical, HVAC, and/or fire protection systems. Preparing drawings and quantity take-offs. Economic analysis of proposals. Performing calculations for system sizing. Planning and coordinating project execution with internal teams and vendors. Managing on\-site construction work, both internally and through third parties. Soliciting and comparing subcontractor and vendor quotations. Monitoring and controlling project budgets and timelines. Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
