Job Summary: We are seeking .NET / Java Back Office Analyst Programmers to develop and maintain enterprise applications, REST services, and databases, with a focus on modernization and best practices. Devoteam has been awarded Partner of the Year 2021 by the five leading cloud providers: **AWS,** **Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.** \#CreativeTechForBetterChange We are looking for 3 .NET / Java Back Office Analyst Programmer profiles with 5 years of experience in: * Development and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET / .NET Core and/or Java. * Backend application development in critical or financial environments. * REST service programming and application integration. * Oracle PL/SQL and PostgreSQL databases. * Evolutionary, corrective maintenance, and incident resolution for legacy applications. * Knowledge of batch processes, system interfaces, and business logic at the data layer. * Knowledge of design patterns, best practices, and code refactoring. * Technical debt reduction and progressive modernization of legacy applications toward .NET Core. * GitHub, version control, and Pull Request workflows. * Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and technical documentation in Confluence. **Skills:** * Technical leadership + Agile collaboration (guiding technical decisions, coordinating deliveries, ensuring quality in multidisciplinary teams). * Consulting mindset and communication (requirements gathering, functional/technical analysis, explaining decisions to stakeholders). * Quality and best practices (maintainability, testing, documentation, design patterns, and development standards). * DevOps mindset + security (version control, CI/CD, code reviews, secure development). **Desirable** * Knowledge of Microservices. * Knowledge of Docker and containerized architectures. * Experience in AWS environments. * Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of financial applications or processes, leasing, renting, or banking back-office systems. * Familiarity with ITSM tools, JIRA, Confluence, and Xray. * Good level of technical English, desirable for coordination with international teams.
