Someone capable of analyzing before programming—and programming with the future maintainer in mind, years down the line—with: * Degree in Computer Science, Higher Technician in Computer Science, or equivalent qualification (MECES Levels 1 or 2\). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in analysis, design, and development of applications based on Microsoft technologies. * Solid knowledge and proven experience in Visual Basic and .NET. * Experience participating in the full software development lifecycle. Among other responsibilities: Analyze functional requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions. Design and develop applications using Visual Basic and .NET technologies. Maintain and evolve existing systems while ensuring their stability and performance. Manage assigned incidents and service requests. Prepare technical documentation associated with developed solutions. Design and execute unit and functional tests. Participate in user acceptance testing alongside end users and functional teams. Collaborate in integration and deployment processes across different environments. Propose improvements to optimize application quality, maintainability, and performance.
