YOUR ROLE We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for our facility located in Toledo, responsible primarily for coordinating and supervising all operational activities contracted by the client, as well as managing the team executing those activities, in accordance with the Company's standards, policies, and guidelines. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Operational Management Organize and assign daily tasks to the team. Supervise the proper execution of assigned operations. Ensure adherence to the daily schedule. Coordinate shift handovers to ensure accurate information transfer. Monitor activity and resolve operational incidents. Team Management Coordinate a team of warehouse operatives and temporary agency staff. Conduct daily performance monitoring of the team. Identify staffing and cross-training needs. Support integration and training of new hires. Motivate the team to achieve established goals. Collaborate with the Area Manager on vacation planning, absenteeism management, and resource allocation. KPI Monitoring **Monitor and track operational KPIs such as:** Productivity. Quality. Service level. Operational errors. Achievement of daily targets. Analyze deviations and jointly propose corrective actions with the Area Manager. Operations Management Supervise proper execution of operations via the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Track orders, receipts, shipments, and internal movements. Monitor operational status and ensure timely completion. Manage operational incidents and escalate those requiring higher-level attention. Quality and Service Ensure compliance with operational procedures. Maintain high service quality for customers. Supervise proper handling of goods. Ensure adequate supply of operational materials and equipment (PDAs, consumables, etc.). Safety and Occupational Health Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Promote a safe working culture. Identify hazards and report safety incidents. Ensure proper use of PPE by the team. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Higher education in Supply Chain and/or Lean processes. Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in logistics operations and team leadership, e.g., as a foreman or similar role. Experience managing teams in logistics environments. Advanced English proficiency is desirable. Strong office software skills. In-depth knowledge of the logistics market. Leadership, planning, and organizational skills; analytical mindset.
