BI Developer / Data Visualization Specialist – Cross Platform Analytics (Assisted Channels) Remote \| Full\-Time Excelia is a multinational Consulting, Technology, and Professional Services company with over 25 years of experience and a presence in more than 50 countries across Europe, Latin America, and the United States. We are looking for a **BI Developer / Data Visualization Specialist** to join our SaaS platform organization and help shape the evolution of cross\-platform analytics capabilities across Assisted Channels. **What You'll Do** ------------------ * Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for operational and customer interaction data. * Develop visual analytics using **Amazon QuickSight** and multiple data sources (real\-time and historical). * Create intuitive dashboards focused on operational monitoring, executive reporting, and customer experience insights. * Design KPI dashboards, scorecards, and real\-time monitoring views. * Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful reporting solutions. * Ensure usability, scalability, visual consistency, and data accuracy across all dashboards. * Support analytics use cases across Contact Center, Omnichannel, Workforce, and Customer Experience domains. **What We're Looking For** -------------------------- * Proven experience in **Business Intelligence development** and dashboard creation. * Strong hands\-on experience with **Amazon QuickSight** and **SQL**. * Experience building KPI\-driven dashboards and operational reporting solutions. * Knowledge of UX/UI principles applied to data visualization. * Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable visual insights. * Experience working with operational and real\-time reporting environments.
