As a **Business Development Document Controller**, you will join the H\&S department and participate in projects where your work will have a direct impact on the safety, prevention, and wellbeing of personnel onsite and in the field. **What Will You Find in This Role?** --------------------------------- **Your mission will be to:** Manage relevant documentation for the company’s own assets during the development phase—such as bank guarantees, corporate deeds, and administrative resolutions—as well as maintain contact and relationships with involved public administrations, distribution companies, clients, and other relevant entities, in accordance with applicable administrative, contractual, and regulatory requirements, to keep various documents and resolutions valid, facilitate the acquisition of necessary permits, licenses, and authorizations, and ensure compliance with obligations assumed by SPVs through contracts signed by them—such as lease agreements, easement management, and contracts between developers and utilities. **In this context, your main responsibilities will include:** -------------------------------------------------------------- * **Maintain validity of economic guarantees for projects under development and manage the return and cancellation of economic guarantees for discarded projects**, to optimize lines of guarantees and sureties, reduce execution risk, and lower financial costs associated with guarantees. * **Archive and manage corporate documentation of SPVs**, to bring documentary order to the development process and facilitate procedures and responses to requests from public administrations. * **Archive and supervise obligations arising from contracts signed by SPVs—including lease agreements or easements**, to ensure SPVs’ compliance with contractual obligations. * **Act as liaison with public administrations, distribution companies, clients, and other involved entities**, to facilitate the acquisition of necessary permits, licenses, and authorizations for project development. * **Comply with and enforce guidelines of the Integrated Management System**, to ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, minimizing risks and preserving regulatory compliance. * **Carry out any other responsibilities or duties inherent to the position assigned to you**, to contribute to fulfilling the role’s mission when within the scope of the incumbent’s responsibilities. What Are We Looking For? Requirements: * Degree in **Law, Business Administration (ADE), or equivalent**. * Valuable specialization or knowledge in **Commercial Law**. * **3–5 years of experience in similar roles**, preferably related to document management, contract monitoring, or administrative procedures in corporate or project environments. * Knowledge of **commercial law, legislation, and regulations governing Spain’s electricity sector**. * Experience in **managing, archiving, and tracking corporate, administrative, and contractual documentation**, especially related to SPVs, guarantees, administrative resolutions, lease agreements, easements, or contracts with utilities. * Ability to liaise with **public administrations, distribution companies, clients, and other involved entities**, facilitating the acquisition of necessary permits, licenses, and authorizations for project development. * Proficiency in **Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office**. * **Advanced level of English**. * Geographic availability and willingness to work in a **hybrid mode**, interchangeably between the Alcobendas and Serrano offices.
