We design, implement, and manage intelligent infrastructures that connect, protect, and optimize technological environments—from the workplace and data center to hybrid or multicloud environments. Our team delivers end-to-end services covering consulting, design, deployment, operations, and automation of IT networks and security. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting NSOC Administrators – Level 2 during your learning process. * Performing tasks assigned by the NSOC Technical Team Leader within the following areas: + Analyzing and operating monitoring systems for proactive alert handling, resolution, or anomaly identification. + Evaluating and triaging alerts for documentation, resolution, and escalation to appropriate support groups. + Handling assigned requests, changes, and incidents, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). + Managing and supervising assigned tickets, documenting all related activities and updating statuses and priority levels in the ITSM tool. + Addressing complex or non-procedural preventive actions to assess system status within scope. + Preparing complex or critical reports, newly developed procedures, and advanced technical instructions. + Managing and supervising the NSOC-KB (Wiki), requesting updates or modifications from NSOC L2 / L1 / L0 teams. + Planning, designing, implementing, and closing projects assigned to this role based on their nature and within NSOC or PET competencies. * Collaborating closely with the on-site service team to gain deep knowledge of architectures, technologies, and services within scope, as well as technical procedures required to meet contracted service objectives. * Acting as the designated engineer within the NSOC for this service. * Developing, evolving, and improving operational technical procedures for administration and operations teams executing service tasks. * Conducting recurring knowledge transfer sessions (e.g., brainstorming, workshops) with all technical members involved in the remote service team (NSOC + 24x7 On-Call). **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **Education:** Medium or Higher Technical Degree in technical fields. * **Languages:** Bilingual in Catalan and Spanish; basic English. * **Experience:** 2–3 years in network or systems operations and administration teams. * **Medium/advanced demonstrable knowledge and experience in at least 4 of the following areas**: + Switching & Routing. + Wireless. + Network Access Control (NAC), RADIUS, 802.1x. + DNS, DHCP, NTP, IPAM systems. + Firewalls. + Anti-Malware, Anti-Spam. + Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS). * **Medium/advanced demonstrable knowledge and experience in the following areas**: + Microsoft client operating systems. + Microsoft server operating systems. + Linux operating systems. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team.** We respect differences that make us more human. * **Collaboration.** We work as a team and learn from each other. * **Flexibility and work-life balance.** Remote work is in our DNA.
