Through this opportunity, you can assume the role of **Technical Lead Java** for one of the most important clients in the **textile sector**. **What will be your mission?** You will technically lead the Backend development team, ensuring best practices and code quality. You will actively participate in development, maintaining a hands\-on role in programming and code reviews. You will participate in overseeing architecture based on microservices and hexagonal design. You will collaborate in requirements gathering and defining technical solutions aligned with business needs. You will oversee continuous integration and cloud environment deployments. You will foster an environment of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement, driving technical excellence within the team. **To be a match…** Proven experience developing in Java (latest versions), Spring, and Spring Boot. Experience in a technical lead or architect role. Experience working with hexagonal and microservices architectures. Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Testing: JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers. Experience with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana).
