If you are methodical, solution-oriented, and service-focused, we want to meet you. **Mission:** Perform field maintenance, installation, and repair of SPV terminals, ensuring equipment availability and security, as well as delivering professional service to customers and points of sale. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs of amusement machines, terminals, and associated equipment following established procedures. * Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults; replace components, adjust, and calibrate systems to restore functionality. * Install, configure, and update equipment software/firmware; coordinate with vendors and external support for complex incidents. * Travel between locations to address on-site incidents, plan interventions, and minimize impact on regular operations. * Maintain technical records of interventions, spare parts used, and response times in the management system. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or vocational training (FP) in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent technical education; practical experience will be highly valued. * Prior experience in maintenance and installation of amusement machines, electronic equipment, or in industrial retail/hospitality environments. * Knowledge of basic electricity, electronics, schematic reading, and use of diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.). * Ability to install and update software/firmware and interpret technical manuals. * Availability for travel between locations and nationwide. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced knowledge of Office 365\. * Experience in vending, ATMs, hospitality, or technical retail sectors. * Knowledge of physical and logical security applied to payment devices. * Proficiency with ERP/CRM tools for incident management (e.g., Business Central or others). * Additional training in networking, basic electricity, or related certifications. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract and full-time schedule. * Company vehicle or travel allowance, depending on location. * Initial and ongoing training on tools, equipment, and protocols. * Provision of mobile phone and necessary tools. * A dynamic work environment, autonomy, and opportunities for professional development. **How to Apply:** If you meet the requirements and wish to join our team, please submit your updated CV, indicating your availability and residential area.
