We are seeking a CRM Dynamics Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, focused on developing and integrating solutions within Copilot Service Workspace. The selected candidate will contribute to the evolution of our container-based integration layer, working on advanced customizations and channel integrations within Dynamics 365\. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions. Develop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service Workspace. Implement and configure the Channel Integration Framework (CIF) to embed and connect external applications. Develop frontend logic and custom behaviors using JavaScript / TypeScript. Work with the Microsoft APM SDK to enable application integration within the Dynamics environment. Ensure performance, usability, and maintainability of implemented solutions. Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure end-to-end functionality and seamless operation. Mandatory Requirements Demonstrable experience with: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Practical experience with: Copilot Service Workspace Channel Integration Framework (CIF) Microsoft APM SDK Strong experience in: JavaScript development within Dynamics environments Ability to work with embedded/integrated applications within Dynamics (container-based approach). Preferred Qualifications Experience with TypeScript. Experience building custom UI integrations within Dynamics 365\. Knowledge of frontend architecture patterns in enterprise applications. Skills and Competencies Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with tools such as Jira. Strong analytical skills to align technical solutions with functional requirements. Ability to work autonomously in complex integration scenarios. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
