Sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork **Responsibilities** Responsible for providing user IT support and assistance on predominantly Windows infrastructures. **Minimum Requirements** Vocational training program (intermediate or advanced level) in technological fields. Driver's license category B1. Minimum 1 year of experience in user IT support and assistance, including: * Telephone support to users. * Use of incident management tools. * Use of remote control tools. * Support for Windows operating systems. * Office productivity suite. * Configuration of POP3, IMAP, and Exchange email accounts, both in desktop email clients and on mobile devices. * Antivirus solutions. * Network and communication architectures: Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers. * Hardware troubleshooting of equipment (e.g., memory, hard disk, power supply replacements). * Knowledge of Office 365 tools and environment. **Desirable Requirements** * English: B1 level. * Fundamentals of ITIL and/or ISO 20000. * Knowledge of Linux infrastructures. * Knowledge of macOS infrastructures. * Microsoft certifications. * Knowledge of support and maintenance for Windows server operating systems. **Attitudes** A sense of responsibility, commitment to the company, autonomy, ability to work in a team, and interpersonal skills will be valued.
