This time, we are recruiting a Quality and Plant Systems Coordinator for our Cambre facility. The main responsibility will be to define quality and MA standards and procedures according to current regulations and legislation (IFS, ISO, etc.), ensure certifications and compliance with internal procedures, thereby guaranteeing the cross-functional application of the management model across the entire plant, promoting a culture of food safety and total quality, and also providing support to the Plant Quality team—ensuring all necessary controls are applied to product and process, labeling, packaging, etc., to uphold quality, food safety, and environmental standards at the plant. Key Responsibilities: * Update the HACCP manual * Approve suppliers * Manage the DDD plan * Manage technical specifications * Review labeling * Review and conduct product traceability * Implement an integrated complaints management system * Manage calibration protocols * Support Plant operations * Design and establish record-keeping systems * Review and update the analytical testing plan ### **Requirements** - Preferably Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Food Industry Quality and Processes or related fields. * Degree in Food Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or similar disciplines is desirable. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within the food industry. * Knowledge of national and international food sector regulations (IFS, ISO 14001, MSC, GlobalG.A.P., Food Defense, and food fraud) * Prior experience with Navision is desirable. * Results-oriented individual with organizational ability, leadership skills, and strategic vision. ### **What We Offer** - A stable position in a multinational company undergoing expansion. * Continuous, personalized training aligned with your needs and those of the team. * Benefits platform offering discounts across various brands.
