




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for tasks such as preparing budgets, invoicing, tracking work orders, providing accounting support, and managing communications. Customer service and file organization We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks in Cangas del Narcea. Your responsibilities will include preparing budgets, issuing invoices and delivery notes, and tracking work orders. You will also provide support in basic accounting tasks, manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and documents. You will draft written communications, attend to customers, organize files, and carry out other day-to-day administrative duties. Professional training and experience in administrative tasks and office software are required. Knowledge of marketing and advertising will be valued, as well as being a responsible individual. The contract will be temporary, full-time, with morning and afternoon shifts, offering a gross monthly salary of €1600.
