




Job Summary: A labor relations professional responsible for payroll, social security, employment contracts, and general labor management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage payroll and social security. 2. Formalize employment contracts and their amendments. 3. Address work-life balance and labor management issues. We are seeking a professional for the Labor Relations department in Lugo. Main responsibilities will include preparing payroll, managing social security, formalizing employment contracts and their amendments, as well as preparing documentation required for potential labor inspections. Work-life balance matters and any other labor-related management tasks will also be handled. This position offers an indefinite full-time contract. A university degree (Bachelor's or Diploma) in Labor Relations, a Bachelor's degree in Labor Sciences, a Bachelor's degree in Law, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management is required. Additionally, a minimum of two years' experience in similar roles is essential.
