We are looking for an **Agile Project Manager** for one of our banking-sector clients. This is a project to manage, monitor, and supervise the client’s digital assets factory, which they will set up to manage their Agile projects. **Requirements** What are we looking for? More than 4 years of Agile project experience, preferably using Scrum and Kanban methodologies * Ability to build working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders * Knowledge of BBVA’s ecosystem and its development and management processes. * Strong organizational skills * Management of multiple teams and projects simultaneously * Excellent communication skills for: * Managing interactions with various stakeholders, development teams, architects, team leads, designers, etc. * Evangelizing best practices **Additional Information** What do we offer you? * Permanent contract and full-time schedule * 23 vacation days * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language competencies.
