Position Summary: We are seeking a Functional Consultant for support and maintenance of hospital information systems, focused on the design, configuration, and implementation of workflows. We are currently looking for a FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT – SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE profile for our INSITU Functional team. Requirements: * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior), Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related healthcare field. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Motivation and interest in the healthcare sector. * Ability to work effectively in teams. * Methodical approach and strong analytical skills. * Ability to communicate effectively at various levels (physicians, nurses, department heads, and/or management). * Knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL. Desirable: * Experience in designing and defining hospital workflows/processes, as well as configuring and implementing such workflows in hospital information systems (HPHIS, HCIS, Casiopea, Selene, etc.) will be valued. * Knowledge of reporting tools. Responsibilities: * Gathering requirements, designing and defining hospital workflows/processes. * Configuring and implementing these workflows in CGM Selene and Critical Care & Anesthesia Manager PICIS. * Providing support and maintenance for CGM Selene and PICIS Critical Care & Anesthesia Manager – incident management and resolution. * Liaising with end users of CGM Selene and Critical Care & Anesthesia Manager PICIS.
