Opportunity for professional development and growth within the company **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for an Architect with at least 3 years of experience to join an architecture firm located in Las Arenas (Getxo), specializing in building construction, renovation and rehabilitation, urban planning, and architectural competitions. **Responsibilities:** * Lead building construction, renovation, and rehabilitation projects from feasibility through execution. * Construction management and site supervision, coordination of teams and suppliers. * Participation in architectural competitions and development of winning proposals. * Coordination with urban planning departments and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Management of technical documentation and drawings. * Integration of CAD (AutoCAD) solutions and BIM tools (highly valued). * Application of AI techniques for process optimization, generative design, or performance analysis where applicable. * Monitoring of schedules, quality control, and change management. Fixed salary + variable compensation **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s/Diploma). * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an architect, with proven track record in construction management. * Proficiency in BIM tools (preferably Revit) and drafting/measurement software (AutoCAD). * Experience with Presto or other measurement and budgeting systems is desirable. * Knowledge of AI applications in architecture (AI-assisted design, feasibility analysis, optimization) or strong interest in developing such expertise. * Project management capability, teamwork skills, and excellent communication skills.
