Restaurant Manager

Description

Supervise the team in a high-traffic environment, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop your staff. Train new employees on procedures and service standards, and resolve issues efficiently. Minimum three years of experience in a similar position is required, along with knowledge of table management, customer service, and front-of-house operations. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are also required, as well as the ability to handle stress effectively during peak work periods. This is a permanent full-time position with continuous morning shifts. Monthly gross salary: 1\.800 euros.
