Participation in IT projects and software development ### **Job Information** Date Opened **02/25/2026**Job Type **Permanent**Industry **Technology**Work Experience **5\+ years**City **Murcia**State/Province **Murcia**Country **Spain**Zip/Postal Code **30001**### **Job Description** At **ALOVIA**, we are looking for an **SAP Basis Engineer** for our Murcia team. **Work modality:** Hybrid **English:** Intermediate **Responsibilities** * Technical administration of **SAP Basis** environments, including installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of **SAP NetWeaver** and **SAP S/4HANA**. * Management of **transport requests**, application of **SAP Notes**, patches, **log** analysis, and incident resolution. * Optimization of SAP system performance and support to internal teams. * Administration of **Oracle Database** (monitoring, tuning, backup, and recovery). * Management of **Linux** and **Windows Server** systems, including **Active Directory / EntraID**. * Use of **ITSM** tools for incidents, service requests, and change management. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams from Oesía and the Regional Administration. * Participation in **monitoring**, **automation**, and continuous improvement activities. * Preparation of technical documentation and participation in coordination meetings. ### **Requirements** * University degree in **Computer Science**, **Telecommunications**, or related field. * **6 years** of experience in SAP Basis administration and support in **SAP NetWeaver** environments. * **6 years** of experience administering **Oracle Database**. * **6 years** of experience working with platforms such as **ServiceNow**, **BMC Remedy**, or **GLPI**. * **1 year** of experience administering **Linux**, **Windows Server**, and **Active Directory / EntraID**. * **1 year** of experience with **ITSM tools** and operational usage. ### **Benefits** **Why ALOVIA?** At ALOVIA, you will join an international team specialized in IT projects and software development.
