Within our **Network Services** team at **Kyndryl**, you will be the expert responsible for delivering top\-tier technical solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating local and wide area network solutions using multiple platforms and protocols, ensuring our clients have the best possible network infrastructure to support their business needs. Your expertise in **routers, network controllers, bridges, and network software** will be essential for resolving incidents, as well as coordinating with vendors for the installation of the latest hardware and software, such as routers and switches. You will not only help keep our clients' networks running, but also participate in project implementation, planning and cost analysis, and in the creation of **proof\-of\-concept solutions** using network system technologies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to **review project requirements**, communicate them accurately to the team, and ensure they are properly fulfilled. You will apply your experience to **design and implement local and wide area network solutions**, including **IP and VoIP**, tailored to meet client needs. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to **work on cutting\-edge projects** and contribute to the development of **innovative solutions for our clients**, including **emerging wireless technologies and 5G** that most companies have not yet adopted. **Who You Are** **Job Description** Management and operation of communication equipment * Perimeter security technology: * Firewalls, URL Filtering, Application Control and IPS * VPN Anyconnect/SSLVPN, IPSEC * Load Balancing technology * R\&S technology (advanced routing system solutions) * Switching Change management: Reactive maintenance \- incident support Preventive maintenance \- performing preventive tasks for different solutions, update plans, monitoring and resource performance Direct coordination with manufacturers (support, consulting…) Execution of proof\-of\-concept (PoC) tests for new solutions Design and implementation of new solutions/projects Preparation of technical documentation Automation of operational processes **Job Qualifications** At least **5 years** of experience in Networking/Perimeter Security technologies: \- Firewalling \- Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Forcepoint, Palo Alto \- Load Balancer \- F5 BIG\-IP \- Switching \- Cisco, Juniper, Arista Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Knowledge of network troubleshooting tools.
