Labor Department Technician at Xjump Location: Gijón, Asturias (head office) Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 h Company: Xjump, a national chain of leisure and entertainment parks About the position We are seeking to hire a person to strengthen our personnel management and coordination area with our centers, providing labor and administrative support across our entire park network. Main responsibilities Management of labor incidents (hires, terminations, working hour adjustments, leaves of absence, disciplinary actions, etc.) Coordination with external payroll, hiring, and termination advisors Review and validation of labor documentation from centers Monitoring and tracking of work schedules, hours, contracts, and renewals Communication with park managers to ensure compliance with procedures Filing, updating, and safeguarding of labor documentation Support in recruitment and onboarding processes Requirements Prior experience in labor departments, HR, or personnel administration Basic knowledge of labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Drive, etc.) Experience coordinating with external advisory firms is preferred How to apply Send your application to: laboralmercainnova@gmail.com Work location: On-site employment
