Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistic & Export Assistant to support daily supply chain and export operations, ensuring the correct and timely flow of goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages export documentation and coordinates shipments with carriers. 2. Communicates fluently with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. 3. Supports exports to the United Kingdom and improves logistics processes. We are seeking a Logistic \& Export Assistant to support daily supply chain and export operations, ensuring the correct and timely flow of goods from origin to destination. The selected candidate will manage export documentation, coordinate shipments with carriers and freight forwarders, and maintain fluent communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Key Responsibilities **Logistics Coordination:** shipment planning, cargo tracking, contact with carriers, and warehouse support with operational documentation. **Export Management:** preparation of documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, EUR.1, BL/AWB, etc.), regulatory compliance, coordination with customs agents, and verification of HS codes. **Customer and Supplier Communication:** shipment status updates, timeline coordination, and resolution of logistics incidents. **Administrative Tasks:** shipment registration in ERP, preparation of transportation reports, support in invoicing, and improvement of logistics processes. **UK Export Support:** coordination with carriers, confirmation of bookings, request for required documentation (CDS, Health Certificates), and customs clearance tracking. Other duties related to the professional category as directed by the supervisor. Requirements **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field (preferred). **Experience:** 1–3 years in logistics, transportation, or export operations. **Technical Knowledge:** Incoterms, international trade regulations, ERP systems (M3 preferred), MS Office (especially Excel), and customs documentation. **Competencies:** organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, strong communication skills, and teamwork. **Languages:** Fluent Spanish and advanced English (C1\).
